Before Aug 2010 ..... After Aug 2011

My body is back after 3 kids... and 8 years of saying I will lose the weight.
I am wearing size 4 jeans !!! NOT 14 and never again!!!
Need any inspiration to lose some weight.. Here is mine!!! Same outfit..  a little over a 1 year later.
My weight loss didn't start until Aug 27th 2010... Lost most of the weight by December 2010 then started exercising daily and the rest came off.... Still want to lose a few more pounds to reach my goal weight of 129!!!! I gave myself until Aug 31!!

Here's what I do every day....
Go to the gym - cross ramp 60 minutes, burn 686 calories
Abs tone daily with 90lb weights, 3 reps (3 sides - front/right/left) 10x's
Bike when I get home, 4 miles at ~ 12mph = 240 cal??
Work.. a few hours
Bike another 4 miles
Maybe run a mile if I'm not dead tired or too busy.
Every other day in the a.m lift weights (weight amount varies, arms 35 - 40, legs 50 - 70lbs) 3 reps 10x's each on various machines
Plus.. I watch what I eat.. Lots of fruit, veggies.. all around 2000 calories a day or less. I was at 1500 but I get too hungry. I just don't lose weight like I use to eating more but I've lost and maintained.
