I finally did it!!! My popovers turned out just the way they are suppose to. Light, puffy with a crusty top. The trick? All ingredients must be at room temperature. They will not puff up if the eggs and milk are right out of the refrigerator. I made many hockey puck popovers before figuring out this!! Take my word to make excellent, easy to make popovers. Try them with honey butter and they are outstanding..
